Small Group, Big Results! This program is geared towards any exerciser interested in challenging themselves physically and mentally with this strength and condiitoning program. Join us whether you are a new exerciser looking for guidance or experienced looking to amp up your routine! These systematic workouts will use metabolic conditioning coupled with strength training for maximum results. Your personal trainer will focus your progressive 6-week workout based on the goals of functional strength training, fat loss, and metabolic conditioning. Classes are kept small to address special needs and accommodate different goals.
